All Female Camp

The All Female Spring Hockey Camp for 2025 is a fantastic opportunity for young female hockey players to develop their skills with expert guidance from Kaitlyn Colonna. Here's a summary of key details:

Camp Overview:

  • Coach: Kaitlyn Colonna (CIS All-Canadian, former Brock University Women’s Hockey Captain, and Skills & Tactics Coach)
  • Focus: Skating speed, power, puck handling, passing, shooting, and tactical game play
  • Coaching Ratio: 1 coach for every 6 players (sessions capped at 18 skaters)

U9 & U11 (2015-2018) - Tuesdays (SOLD OUT)

FOUNDATIONS

Fort Erie - July 7th to 11th / Pelham - August 18th-22nd

Group 1: 2017-2019 / Group 2: 2013-2016

We’re excited to help develop the next generation of hockey players! Our summer camp is designed to maximize on-ice training while accommodating family vacation schedules.

Join us for an action-packed camp designed to develop essential hockey skills in a fun and engaging environment! Our Foundations Camp focuses on building strong fundamentals through expert coaching, exciting drills, and interactive games.

What We Cover:

* Skating – Forwards, backwards, crossovers (with & without the puck)
* Passing – Forehand, backhand, presentations, hand separation, advanced techniques
* Shooting – Proper hand positioning, form mechanics, forehand & backhand shots
* Fun & Games – Bucket toss, tug of war, parachute challenges, small-area games

Whether you're a beginner looking to build confidence or an experienced player refining your technique, this camp is the perfect place to grow your game!

To ensure quality instruction, each session has a player cap, maintaining an excellent player-to-instructor ratio. These one-week camps (Monday-Friday) provide 7.5 hours of on-ice training, allowing players to develop skills more effectively than a once-a-week program.

These camps are designed for travel players looking to refine their positional skills. Our goal is to continuously enhance our development techniques while providing an engaging and high-quality training experience for every athlete.

 

Fort Erie – Offence Camp (July 14th-18th)

Group 1: 2014-2017 / Group 2: 2011-2013

This camp is designed to enhance game-specific repetitions while refining fundamental skills. Players will sharpen their awareness under pressure, develop effective escape techniques in tight spaces, and progress from foundational training to advanced, high-performance skills.

Our goal is to foster creativity, challenge players to step outside their comfort zones, and elevate their offensive abilities. Each 90-minute session is fast-paced, featuring continuous shooting and skating with minimal breaks to maximize development.

Perfect for players looking to push their limits and take their game to the next level!

Pelham – Defense Camp (August 11th-15th)

Group 1: 2014-2017 / Group 2: 2011-2013

This camp is designed to develop well-rounded defensemen by focusing on both defensive and offensive skills. Training will emphasize backward skating, pivots, quick footwork, and overall mobility, helping players improve their agility and confidence on the ice.

Through game-specific drills that replicate real-game scenarios, players will enhance their puck protection, outlet passing, and offensive contributions. To ensure personalized instruction, spots are limited.

Our one-week format (Monday–Friday) provides 7.5 hours of ice time, allowing for accelerated development and better skill retention compared to once-a-week programs.
